The house rules.

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and MarketCrafty ("we", "us"). They cover your use of the marketcrafty.com website and the MarketCrafty platform (together, the "Service"). If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for anything that happens under your account, so keep your credentials safe. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to do anything illegal, harmful, or abusive. Specifically, don't:

• Break any law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Send spam, phishing attempts, or malicious content.
• Try to hack, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Misrepresent yourself, your event, or your business.
• Use the Service to defraud vendors, organizers, or attendees.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Fees & payments

MarketCrafty is free to sign up and use. We charge a per-booth platform fee on paid booth bookings, as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms also apply. If you refund a vendor, we refund our fee. We may change pricing from time to time, but we'll give you reasonable notice before any change affects you.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload — event details, photos, vendor info, etc. ("Your Content"). You give us a limited license to host, display, and process Your Content as needed to run the Service and to promote your event on public-facing parts of marketcrafty.com. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share Your Content.

6. Our content

The MarketCrafty name, logo, software, and site design belong to us. You may use the Service as intended, but please don't copy, resell, or rebrand it.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we can't promise it will always be available or bug-free. We may need to take parts of it offline for maintenance or updates from time to time.

8. Termination

You can stop using MarketCrafty any time — there are no contracts or cancellation fees. We can also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put others at risk. If we terminate your account without cause, we'll give you a reasonable chance to export your data.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MarketCrafty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify MarketCrafty from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we'll let you know via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes go live means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montana.
