Selling premium booths above $200? Our fee becomes 5% of the booth price — still cheaper than the spreadsheet you were going to build. Stripe takes its usual processing cut on top (2.9% + $0.30 in the US), and that goes straight to Stripe, not us.

For example

You sell 10 booths at $150 each. The flat $10 fee applies to each one. Your vendors pay $1,500 in booth fees. We collect $100. You keep the rest.

Questions we hear a lot.

What if my event is free for vendors?+

Then we charge nothing. Our fee only applies to paid booths. Run free community markets all season — we don't take a cut of zero.

When does the platform fee come out?+

At checkout. The vendor pays the booth price, Stripe processes the charge, our fee is deducted automatically, and the rest lands in your connected bank account. No invoices, no monthly bills.

Are there Stripe processing fees on top?+

Yes — Stripe's standard processing fees still apply (currently 2.9% + $0.30 in the US). Those go to Stripe, not us.

Do you charge per vendor or per event?+

Neither. Create as many events, sign up as many vendors, and invite as many team members as you want. The only platform fee is the flat $10 per paid booth sold.

What about refunds?+

When you refund a vendor, the per-booth platform fee that was already charged still applies — it covers the work the platform did to get the booth booked in the first place. Organizers can write their own cancellation and refund policies on a per-event basis, so you can decide whether to absorb that fee or pass it along to the vendor who cancelled.

Is there a contract?+

No. No contracts, no minimums, no cancellation. If MarketCrafty isn't working for you, just stop using it.
