• We collect the minimum we need to run the site and tell you about MarketCrafty if you've asked us to.
• You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will.

Who we are

MarketCrafty ("we", "us") operates marketcrafty.com — a marketing site and public event directory for the MarketCrafty platform. If you have questions about this policy, email privacy@marketcrafty.com.

What we collect

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful and which aren't. We record things like the page you visited, the page that referred you, your rough location (country/region), and your device type. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking, we do not fingerprint you, and we do not build a profile tied to you as an individual. Analytics data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.

Newsletter signups

If you give us your email address to subscribe to updates, we store it so we can send you those updates. That's it. We use it to email you about MarketCrafty — new features, event highlights, the occasional letter from the team. We don't share your email with anyone, and every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes your address from our list for good.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours keeps short-lived logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) so we can diagnose problems and defend against abuse. Logs are automatically discarded after 30 days.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Not ever.
• We don't run third-party ad trackers or share data with ad networks.
• We don't use tracking cookies across other websites.
• We don't combine the data we collect here with data from other sources to profile you.

Service providers

To run the site, we rely on a small number of vetted service providers — for example, a hosting provider, an email delivery service for the newsletter, and an analytics provider. These companies only process data on our behalf, under contract, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.

Children

MarketCrafty is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, for newsletter subscribers, send a short note so you know what changed. Minor clarifications (typos, clearer wording) may happen without notice.
